How we hire
- You write to us. A short note about what you have actually built or run beats a formatted CV.
- A conversation. About 45 minutes, mostly about your work and ours.
- Something practical. A real problem from our domain, time-boxed and paid if it takes longer than an afternoon.
- An answer either way. Including a reason. Silence is not a hiring process.
